Consulting

If you’re not sure where to start when building your dream system, our in-home consultants will assist you in discussing your project needs and expectations. Our team will perform a home inspection to ensure successful system planning from beginning to end. We’ll help introduce innovative solutions and ideas based on your current situation and our expertise. The consultation process will help answer all of your questions and prepare for a successful installation.

System Design

Our custom installation team will fully design and plan your dream system personalized to you. We will do a full room design and layout with the option of a 3D model that can serve as a guideline for a DIY project or for your professional contractor. The expertise of our custom installation team will be able to help you choose what products are best for your design. We can integrate many different components into your personalized design including:

• Theatre design and layout
• Theatre lighting integration including placement and control
• Home Audio and Video system design
• Control planning using professional grade wireless, in wall control or tablets
• Complete home automation design and control planning including AV distribution, lighting, AVAC and surveillance
• Equipment storage and placement including out of site storage, control and thermal regulating

Project Management

At East Hamilton Radio, we understand that there are many phases involved in new A/V system integrations. Our team will help collaborate and work with any DYI clients, contractors, interior designers or new home builders to ensure proper product placement of your audio, video and control equipment. We’ll communicate and collaborate with all involved in the project to ensure a seamless job completion.

• Work with a DIY client, contractor, interior designer or new home builder to ensure proper product placement
• Schedule site visits, pre-wire & final installation times to meet client or contractor timelines
• Ongoing communication with client, tradesman, home builders to ensure successful job completion including ‘rolling changes’ when necessary

Final Installation

At the final stage of creating your dream system, our CEDIA certified installation team will integrate all of the components together to create the final result. We incorporate your system together by providing personalized programming to easily use your new system. We ensure all audio and video systems are fine tuned and calibrated to perform at its full capabilities. Once the system is installed, we’ll even provide an in-home tutorial and system control demonstration to help you understand all of the new functions.

Support & Service

The East Hamilton Radio experience doesn’t end on the date of installation; we’ll provide phone and in-home support to help you with any questions and inquiries you have. Phone support is available during regular business hours and in-home support is available by appointment only.
